John was very friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The tub drain problem i had, was a two-man job. He returned with an assistant two days later and the problem was fixed and cleaned up to my satisfaction. I would definitely call Plum Rite, Inc again, if another problem should arise, and would confidently refer them to anyone with a plumbing issue.

Great and timely service.

Same day service and I don't think I called until noon, impressive! John came to the rescue with my broken valve to the toilet and new gasket for the tank. Diagnosed, quoted in 5 min, completed the job quickly and verified with us that all is well now. Good communicator, would definitely recommend Plumb Rite.

We had a plumbing issue (a busted pipe spraying water under the house), I scheduled for repair and service with Plumb Rite and "John" came out accordingly the very next day which was very helpful. John and his team recently did all the plumbing for my NSB Condo from roughing in changing sides in the shower where the facets turn on to installing all facets and pipes for three bathrooms and a kitchen. They did an excellent job, always on time and very neat in their work. He even checked a couple of weeks later to make sure that it was perfect! Yes it was!! I would highly recommend his team. Really really happy with Plumb Rite. He really "saved the day" for us. Woke up to a mess - water everywhere and other so called emergency plumbers thought our emergency could wait until Monday or Tuesday. Not Plumb Rite. He called when he was on his way like he said he would and gave a reasonable time estimate of when he would be at my house. He came in and evaluated the situation while listening to my explanation of what happened, then got right to work fixing the problem. He set expectations of the estimated cost before starting work, including alternatives in case his initial approach didn't work. He worked quickly to resolve our issue and I am happy to have the use of our master bathroom back.

We had a leak in the water line going to our fridge in the attic. Plumb Rite had it fixed super fast. They were on time and very professional. I would definitely recommend their services and won't hesitate to call them back in the future.

I had my hot water heater conk out in my house at a really inopportune time, but honestly, is there ever an opportune time for the hot water heater to go out? I called the company that I usually use for other services, and they told me that it was going to be this crazy enormous amount of money to fix! Considering I could buy the hot water heater from Amazon for a fraction of that cost I said forget it and I called Plumb Rite. I am so glad that I did! They came out the same day, actually within a couple of hours of me calling them. The amount to get it installed was far less than what the other company was going to charge me. The gentleman that came out was extremely nice and knew what he was doing. Im so glad that I called them and I will definitely call them future services!

Replaced spigot on side of house Johns work was efficient, quick and reasonably priced. He left the area as clean as it was when he started and made sure I approved of the finished product prior to payment. He will definitely be our go-to plumber for future jobs.

My refrigerator stopped working and the water needed to be shut off. Leak on the water line coming out of wall. I needed a plumber asap. I called John and his team out to my rental property after my tenants moved out and I discovered there was some plumbing issues they never told me about. They squeezed me in quickly as I need the place ready for the next tenant to move in. They made repairs to all three of my bathrooms. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future

October 2023 When we woke up without hot water, John was the first person I called! I was so thankful that he was able to come out within a few hours and immediately assess the problem with our hot water heater. John is always reliable and throughly explains every option available to us. We ended up needing a new water heater and John had it installed the same day! He even contacted me a few days later to make sure everything was running well. Were so thankful to have a plumber we can trust and who takes such good care of his clients! December 2022 John was friendly and extremely knowledgeable! He quickly figured out the problem and made sure that all the toilets were operating perfectly before he left! Repaired leaking pipes in kitchen , then also unclogged drain in bathroom which had been clogged for a while because (as John found out!) previous person had put in plumbing wrong: after changing pipes to drain correctly he snaked it and did not charge for more extensive repairs than needed. Try plum rite, youll never go anywhere else!
